Since all of our products are made to order and customized to your specific preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully crafted to meet your unique requirements, making it ineligible for resale or restocking.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring that your customized product meets the highest quality standards. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately in two weeks after receiving the product via email (info@blockodesign.com), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Important Notes
- Custom Orders: All sales are final due to the personalized nature of our products.
- Non-Returnable: Custom products cannot be returned or refunded. If they arrive damaged or defective, contact us for warranty matters at info@blockodesign.com.
- No Exchanges: Since each item is made to your specifications, we cannot process exchanges.
